Black berries, blackcurrant. A strong finish. Dark chocolate, fig, balsamic zest, orange peel. For Pedro Ximenez fans, this is a recipe for happiness.
A little drier and woodier, this palate continues to give pride of place to its finish. Perfectly balanced. Strong coffee, orange peel, candied blackcurrant. A whisky where one sip calls for another. An enveloping, complex whisky to be sipped slowly. Thick balsamic.
Long, with a sensation of oak and candied berries. Soot, smoky but not overpowering, tobacco. Blackcurrant, licorice.
